1. Relations with administration

1.1. Administration e-mails should be used only in cases of extreme necessity.  Administration e-mails should be written in English or Brazilian Portuguese only and must contain the reason of the address to Administrator.

Punishment: Administration e-mail is ignored.

1.2. Disrespectful attitude to the server administration in game and at the forum is forbidden.

Punishment: 3 days with account blocked.

1.3. Any threats to the server administration in e-mail, game and at the forum are forbidden.

Punishment: Account blocking.

1.4. It is forbidden to lie to administration.

Punishment: Varies from 1 day of account blocking to permanent account blocking.

2. External programs and game process

2.1. The following programs are forbidden: 2.1.1 Speedhack, Gear, Packet Editors etc. used to increase the speed of the application and any add-ons or modifiers to Angevil client.

Punishment: Account blocking.

2.2. It is forbidden to use altered client version to any objective.

Punishment: Account blocking.

2.3. Unauthorized access to other's game accounts is forbidden.

Punishment: Account deletation.

3. Server errors (bugs) usage

3.1. It is forbidden to use the server and game errors (bugs). Errors are any actions not provided for by the game process and aimed at deriving benefit for oneself.

Punishment:  Varies from 3 day of account blocking to permanent account blocking.

3.2. If you find a new bug you should immediately inform the server administration about it. Assistance in bug searching is rewarded in game.

4. Talks and names

4.1. It is absolutely forbidden to use unquotable language in game in chat, battles and in forum. Also it is forbidden to insult other players. Please, report any abuse in the property section at Forums.

Punishment: 1-3 of account blocking. 4.2. Insulting for other players or simply unquotable names and titles are inadmissible.

Punishment: Account blocking.

4.3. Character name must not contain the following reserved words: Administrator, GM and the names of the current and previous game administration members.

Punishment: Account blocking.

4.4. Flooding and using continuous speech words in chats and battles is forbidden. Any same message/group of messages that repeats itself every 30 seconds is considered as flood.

Punishment: 1 day of account blocking.

4.5. Any unauthorized financial activity of the game players is forbidden. This means operations with real and equal to real virtual money.

Punishment: Forum and game accounts deletion.

4.6. It is forbidden to put into practice all kinds of fraudulent schemes aimed at laying hold on others money or possessions in any circumstance.

Punishment: Account blocking.

4.7. It is forbidden to use "Mystiqa" as your nickname.

Punishment: Total spankage.

In case of the second violation of one and the same rule a Administrator determines the term of the punishment, but it should be no less than the previous term of the punishment for violating the specified rule.

The game rules don’t have the retroactive effect. If something was done before the rule that prohibits this kind of action is implemented, it is not punished unless otherwise specified. The laws of our game are not the case laws.
